When i decided to work out at home I included only push-ups sqauts and the like, but there will be a day in a week when i definately come back here, felt soo relieving.

Such a good exercise. I do this everytime my hips get stiff from leg day or a hard run. Never fails to loosen up the hips!

Wow… i cant even explain how my body feels right now… this made me realize how stiff my hips are… after this routine, it literally feels like the blood flow in my legs have seriously increased.. i hit the subscribe button so fast and now.. i plan on doing this in the morning and before bed. Good stretches but for someone who is having mobility issues from being really right from running I found it hard to follow some of the stretches

Felt all the tightness in my groin and hamstrings, didn't really feel the hips. Maybe I need to stretch out my groin and hamstrings before I can even target the hips? Or maybe my hips were asleep during the whole exercise?
