Créme Brûlée- How to make Easy Créme Brûlée

Créme Brûlée recipe ⬇️⬇️⬇️CLICK FOR INGREDIENTS⬇️⬇️⬇️

Ingredients:
-5 large egg yolks
-100g Granulated Sugar
-1 1/2 tsp (7ml)Vanilla extract
-2 1/4 cups (295ml) Heavy Cream
-Sugar to sprinkle on top

Preheat the oven to 350F degrees and bake the custard until the center is set for about 30-35 minutes. The custard should be wobbly.

Cool the custard completely at room temperature, cover the top with a cling wrap, and refrigerate at least for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize sugar using a blow torch.

If you don't have a blow torch you can use the broil setting on your oven. Set it on low and keep the sugar-sprinkled custard on the top rack, watch very carefully as it will burn the sugar fast. Also, don't keep the custard for too long as it will melt.
