This Achievement in The Dead Space Remake is VERY Stressful

If you think that's hard It's just because you're not old enough to know what it was like to play Diablo 2 on hardcore mode Back in 1999 on dial up. Talk about losing way more than 8 hours

i mean this was a really easy challenge lol, it's not that hard. it only took me 2 tries. just takes time 🤷🏿‍♀️

I just recently got the trophy for completing the game using only the Plasma Cutter, and can 100% confirm that it actually makes the game much EASIER, not harder. You can focus all of your power nodes on that and the suit, so it becomes extremely easy to max both out. Also, if you only have the Plasma Cutter equipped and send the rest of your guns to storage, the game spawns plasma energy ammo 95% of the time, and the other ammo you can just sell to buy health & plasma energy if you need it. The run was also a lot more enjoyable too because it makes the game less stressful not having to balance your inventory/ammo between multiple guns.

My favorite excuse is "This enemy is scripted to have more health than normal!"

Circle for health and triangle for stasis much more easier then going to inventory.

And then there are people like me who immediately after getting dead space did impossible first run (because I'm a masochist) and beat it in just a few days

If you fully upgraded your Plasma Cutter, that Plasma Cutter essentially become a Magnum with capacity of a high-capacity handgun and a rate of fire of a Blacktail from RE4. It made Impossible much more enjoyable.

I was able to get it recently, got a lot of close calls tho, and yes, doing it with only the plasma gun wouldnt be that hard, still I also used the rifle for the grenade launcher for CC, didnt have any other weapon bc I didnt want to split my ammo in 4 and run out of plasma cutter ammo fast
