I love tiny houses. I guess, the only challenge to this would be location of these villages that they'd like to set it up in. Commercial lands (especially car parks) won't be giving them up easily because it's still considered prime land (big profit) to them. So if the new government would re-look into some of these policies to change and maybe do an exchange for those shop houses (i'm sure we're able to come up with something that will benefit the owners and those who would like to rent in those spaces) then it'll be really great. It'll take awhile before perception and mind sets change - but we're getting somewhere!

Average tiny house material cost in Malaysia is RM20k or lower. As a registered developer, they tend to markup 3 times higher. They should sell this tiny house below RM50k to enable bachelors to purchase it.

Micro housing is not the future. Condo/Apartment is already the solution. Cant believe this terrible planner are the mind of KL elites.

That prototype is very space consuming. Please build Japanese capsule otherwise just build a coffin for the graduates.

how does the climate influences the design of your houses?

I am lookin out for tiny house for retirement to be built on a land outskirt of KL , The design by your team looks cool and pretty much like what I have studied from other tiny houses designs from other countries .
If the price is affordable for me why not? "Living big in a tiny house ...."

This is beautiful tiny house. Pragmatic. However, there is roof will be very hot as there is no heat-isolator underneath the metal roof.
