Listened to it as I went back to sleep at 4 in the morning earlier. A little later, about past 5am, woke up to myself crying. As in I was sobbing & in fierce crying. Didn't hush but brought back myself into sleep, again, instead. I believe it's been a huge relief.

I don’t usually comment on meditations but i’ve been listening to this for a few weeks now and I just conquered two of my biggest fears in the same day :) I have really bad anxiety but now I am able to live life to the fullest. Thank you!!

I HAD HORRIBLE INSOMNIA. So much so, that I was only sleeping 1 or 2 hours a night and it was taking a real toll on my life. I started listening to this video seven days ago and thank God I found it! It's wonderful! I really love it. Give it a try and enjoy.

I guess I am a different type of human huh night gives me energy and in day I become like a zombie 😂 and also my mind is dark and murcy less if anyone picks a fight with me I will lose but he or she will not lose me as I will hunt them every day till they go insane (hurt them inside and outside) eh idk if I am to be called a human anymore but my head is feeling light so cya people
