I had a dream last night where I met Miyamoto and I told him I was a huge zelda fan saying I haven't been able to get a Switch all this time and wanted so badly to play Tears of the Kingdom. He looked at me and did a motion like "wait here a second" and left, and when he came back he gave me a switch with it pre-installed and I thanked him up one side and down the other, then I woke up.

If Cory just went with the other guys jokes/comments and wasn't so rigid in his stories/rants, he would be 1000x funnier

The Switch D-pad on the Pro controller is messed up because they didn't put in a central pivot on the D-pad so it can rock around, resulting in misinputs, if anything it's worse there because Nintendo INVENTED THE FUCKING THING.

This really is the best overall playthrough isn't it
It's so dense with entertaining bits, the entire thing doesn't go on for too long, it even ends strong with the simpsons bit near the end as they start to all lose their minds
The pokemon silver playthrough was almost as good too which is why I'm sad that it's complete/on indefinite hiatus

Their eye of the spider trio was amazing

As an improv performer myself, I can confirm that we only teach you how to be funny and we’re braver than any warfighter that ever existed.

But in all seriousness, any improv class that teaches you to be funny first and foremost misses the point of it: it’s supposed to teach you how to be more fluid and spontaneous in conversations on the fly. It also usually works better with people you know and gel with. Being funny is more a byproduct of it if you happen to be doing short form stuff like Whose Line, but even that requires other skills that aren’t improv adjacent. Being funny should NEVER be the focus of the class. I say this as someone who knows that those “improv is comedy only” classes exist and they’re as pretentious as they sound.
