What a scam. $500 for fried chicken + caviar is not even a good gastronomic pair. Just taking something cheap like chicken and adding caviar (salty flavor) doesn't make it a tasty dish. Preparing the chicken probably takes less efforts & time than in peking duck too. Just lazy and a scam, not a thoughtful dish.
