hold up: I was always taught that the actions of the coracobrachialis are flextion of the arm with adduction, assists with internal rotation. We learned it as the action of holding books against your chest with your arm. Multiple searches online and in my anatomy books verifies this. Please correct this. I was enjoying these videos for review, but am now questioning the validity of them wondering what else might be incorrect. I know it makes sense to double check all information one finds online, but it is nice having detailed videos. I'm hoping this was a rare mistake as I do find the videos well done.
ОтветитьPretty sure this is what is happening to me. These muscles are fairly visible in my armpits. Is it just from chest exercises? For some reason i feel like it stems from back exercises. Any stretching or recovery techniques?
ОтветитьThank u sir.. Please make more such videos ✨🌸
