ОтветитьEverything was great until that last one. Felt more like Kegel exercise and a very hard one at that, also felt pressure on the knee joint as well. Replaced with a wide sumo squat. 🎉

ОтветитьGurl you are so good, but you sounds quite out of breath. When I had my second and last child in my thirties I was fit so I would run around the block twice and I was living in a 13th floor condo and after the run I would run up the stairs up and down twice, and within a month the weight was gone. When I was in my forties I put back about thirty pounds on and hated it because I hurt myself pretty badly in an accident , but after three months on a diet and physiotherapy I got right back to 110 lbs. I kept if off until I was 57 and where I had injured my spinal disc , it got worst so I had to have two knee replacement but all the doctors I saw for for my back insisted I should not have any operations because everyone they knew that had that surgery ended up in a wheel chair. Now I am going to be seventy in November and it will also be my forty eight anniversary and gained eight pounds from the age of sixty seven until last December. On the January 1st this year, I decided I will changed my diet and start back exercising to see if I could loose the weight with persistence and going through the most awful post menopause cycle I was introduced to
some herbs for my diabetes and weight loss by some natives Amerindians in South Americans which I drank one glass in the morning and another at night. I have lost fifty five pounds with all my pains and medical problems and conditions caused by a drunken driver. I feel so much better now, back to dressing up like I used to and only have 15 lbs to go. I don’t want to be 110, because I am 70 years with two sons in their forties but I want to look snatch and tight. All my designers clothes that I have never taking the tags off, purses, sandals not shoes, because the styles of shoes changes so often like underwear’s, and with my two knee replacement and back spine I can only wear up to a certain height, but when you are goof at buying clothes etc by certain designer you can wear those pieces for years especially the ones you can mixed and matched with different tops and bottom. I watched your exercises and you looked quite fit, snatched, and tight and you are a very beautiful woman. Keep up the good work, you are an inspiration to all women, girls, mothers and grandmothers. We can do it if we put our mind to it. Now my diabetes has reversed itself. I do hope you have more videos that I can watched.

ОтветитьSeñorita I wasn't prepared for the loud crack when I raised my hips to do the copenhagen adduction 😂😅 but by the second and third sets I felt stronger and braced my coreand form was much better. Love this workout! 🇩🇴🙌🏼

ОтветитьThank you so much for the effective workout . I haven't worked out in so long , but today I got up and decided that I had enough with feeling out of shape and decided to go back. I used to weight train with my sister 6 days a week years ago and I remember how strong and nice I felt. I am a shaky mess right now lol but I am re dedicating myself back to it as I am 43 now. Again , wonderful video and encouragement. 😊😊🥰
