I have discovered that rice is best for frying when cooked in advance and placed in the fridge overnight then fried with all other ingredients on the next day only.

Pro Tip: you should always use old leftover jasmine rice.

There's a one issue. Bean sprout cooks extremely fast so you do not cook with carrots. But everyone have thire own way so. Still looks good though 👌
