U guys killing it as always. Respect 🫡
ОтветитьDidn't have to make a video for an obvious choice
ОтветитьAs others have said, the more capable Badlands version only comes with the 2.0 liter - which is an awesome powerful engine. The 1.5 liter has mixed reviews and many issues reported by owners. Our ‘23 Badlands with full options cost us $43k. We love it!
ОтветитьBronco Sport looks like a Clown Car…the RAV 4 will outlast the Ford 10x
ОтветитьCan't spell Toyota without "toy"... Bronco is a real little truck not a toy.
Ответить❤👌👌
Ответитьstill just ugly little cars
ОтветитьThis Bronco Sport keeps up with its bigger brother. Tough little vehicle.
ОтветитьYou can't get the Badlands with the 1.5 litre. Come on guys, it comes standard with the 2.0.
ОтветитьI mean this is easy:
1- If you want a toy to carry your fam, RAV4
2- if you want capability and insurance you will get through a storm, big snow, etc…and carry fam…Bronco Sport
I have driven both and the Bronco Sport out performs the RAV every time. Even the lower Bronco Sport models out performs the TRD RAV.
Ответитьlove the vids you guys do. but you guys know that the rav4 awd overheats. pushed to far you'll have to wait for cool down.
ОтветитьThe Rav 4 Trd Off-road was created by the marketing side of Toyota, not by the engineering department. As an owner of a 4Runner TRD Pro, that badge for the Rav 4 is simply shameful!!
Ответить46k? No way in hell. You can get a wrangler for that or a 4Runner or a bronco
ОтветитьThe guy in the Toyota can not off road.I guess they both can't.both the vehicles are in need of real drivers.
ОтветитьAnd that’s why I have a Jeep Compass Trailhawk, because I can tackle a lot of trails for a way cheaper price tag and great Offroad capability and protection
ОтветитьYou can not get the badlands with out the 2.0 liter.
But I was 39k Out the door on my badlands with no options beside a tow package.
Will take the RAV4 reliability over the Bronco off-road capability any day
ОтветитьMy wife got the ‘23 Badlands with just the 400A and trailer tow packages, total MSRP was $41480, so yes, you can definitely lower the price on the Bronco Sport.
ОтветитьYou really want to have an even match put the same off road tires on each vehicle. That way traction is matched and it’s only the vehicle’s technologies being tested. If I were going off road in my vehicle I would have a deticated set of tires and leave the all seasons for the paved road.
ОтветитьPaid 32K for my wifes Bronco Sport Big Bend... she loves it!
ОтветитьI'll take that Rav4 any day!!
ОтветитьI wanted to get my wife a Bronco sport but I couldn’t trust the 1.5 and 2.0 ecoboost problems they have had.
ОтветитьGreat video, but $42k for a rav4 and $46k for a baby bronco?? These car prices are insane and the people buying them are too lol.
ОтветитьLove my Bronco. I get 25 to 30 mpg. Can't lower my standards enough to drive Toyota. 🫡
ОтветитьSorry but i would love to have the subaru Forester…and i hope they stop the CVT
ОтветитьPretty sure if you get a Bronco Sport with the Badlands package, it comes with the larger engine.
ОтветитьWhat’s the point of the Bronco Sport? Why would you buy that over a Ranger XLT with a shell or hard cover? Priced the same, same mpg and way better off road. Smaller vehicles should come with more practical advantages.
ОтветитьBoth are overpriced for what they deliver, Guess I'm just getting old(er). 😞
ОтветитьJust wondering why the heritage and not a badlands? Are they equivalent or something?
ОтветитьCan we get these with base model affordable version, the ones we can actually afford?
ОтветитьRav4 is just a boxy awd Corrolla
ОтветитьAs a Toyota fan I'm pretty disappointed they didn't do a better job with a TRD version but that's why everyone laughs at Rav-4 owners. Of course my TRD OR Premium package on my 3rd gen Tundra came with a 15 inch piece of plastic as it's "off-road skid plate" that I had to replace with a real RCI one and it appears this had a better one.
ОтветитьAnd cruise control!
Ответитьanyone who off roads will not buy either of these
ОтветитьCase needs to be featured in more of these tests!
ОтветитьThat rav4 sucked 😂
ОтветитьIm a massive car noob but one is a family road going SUv from the ground up and thr other is a 4WD from the ground up ? Makes far more sense to compare a 4 runner or new land cruiser when released?
ОтветитьThis was a really disappointing comparison. The Heritage is not an apples to apples comparison to the TRD Off-Road.
Ответить46k is stupid, 4 banger only? Nope.
ОтветитьWhat happened with the FJ Cruiser you guys bought
ОтветитьToyota shouldn’t have put an off-road name on the rav4 while it is probably superior in terms of quality/reliability but it’s no where near as good as a Subaru or even the bronco sport
ОтветитьToyota really doesn’t have compact off roader suv like ford does with the BS . So I guess the FJ cruiser would fit that . The rav is more like Explorer
ОтветитьCan't believe people are paying over 40k these days for a compact crossover...
ОтветитьThe Rav is a mall crawler and should not be taken offroad. Toyota is throwing the TRD badge on all their terds.
ОтветитьI’m very impressed by Bronco Sport. Definitely not as capable as the Big Bronco, I think the Sport carries the Bronco name well!
ОтветитьI don't understand the premise here. Wouldn't it make more sense to have the same person drive both cars, if you really want to compare them?
ОтветитьCan't believe Toyota tainted the TRD badge by putting it on a Rav! 🤦
ОтветитьSo how bout a real off road competition? Bronco sport and a Forester wilderness. The Subaru is cheaper, has better AWD, better ground clearance, and looks better too
ОтветитьWould like to see how a Crosstrek compares with either of these two in this demo.
Ответить
