How do you shift down? Clutch brake then shift down to the previous #? Or can I go from 3 to 1 immediately?

Using this because I recently got a racing sim rig and upgraded to an h shifter recently instead of the good ole paddles

😂😂 I know how to deal with cvt manual doing it. But now I learned it in 5 seconds thanks. Had to learn this morning so I can use a john deer sprayer at work. & no one wanted to teach me how to drive manual at all 😅😂

(I’m 14 looking to get a car at 16 or 17)
