Hi sir nawawala po ba yung whistling noise upon start ng AC? We have the same model po 1.5hp tas every start ko may matinis na tunog po. Tinanong ko po yung seller and sabe po nila "normal po yan and mawawala po yan eventually" pero 3hrs ko ng gamit andun parin yung matinis na sound hindi nawawala pero humihina. And di ko po na eexperience yung namamatay yung compressor pag na reach na yung desired temp tuloy tuloy parin but this time with minimal power po 0.3-0.5kW. Salamat po

Just recently purchased 1.5 version. We've been playing around with the settings of the AC checking the room temp and how long before it will reach the cooling point. As we go through different temps we also noticed the change of noise. I wonder if you can describe the difference of the noise between starting up to cooling and once it reach the room temp or go to energy saving. Based on my experience, the noise is loud at start, then once it reached the room temp it will sound like wind. But we also experience like no sound at all, it's like when it's off but the light indicators are on.

I just bought mine 1HP version for just 25k. Very happy with the aircon. I like that the app shows the energy consumption. Hopefully its accurate 😊

Hi. I recently purchased LG dual inverter window type AC. I'm wondering if my unit is defective or not. One time i put it on Cool mode then it got so cold so i used the remote control to change from cool to energy saver mode but i have to press it a few times to get to energy saver mode. So from cool then dry mode then fan then to energy saver mode. Then it stopped working when in energy saver mode. No air coming from the vent. No noise. No anything except the lights on the control panel are still on. Did i do something wrong while changing mode of my ac?

after using this ac for a couple weeks I am certain it is one of the best window units on the market. these inverter compressors run always on with variable voltage so they cool much more efficient than traditional. this LG is also designed very well, my unit has a optional drain plug just as I was looking for, most new units have not drainage and get scummed up. It can cool a large area ice cold and pull a lot of humidity out same time. I would recommend anyone to pay the extra money for this quality. it should last years, the compressors come with 10yrs warranty.

does not work, in the app when i select window air conditioner it comes up with hold mode and fan speed then takes me to a screen instructing me to sign in under settings for the leg network which of coarse does not work
