LEVITYoGA Practice Inspiration "LOVINGNESS" w/Peter Sterios

Inspiration for today is "lovingness." 💖

I came across this word while writing my book and it resonated with me at the time, as I was trying to write about these brainwave states that I experience, after a really good yoga practice. 🧘

When I'm in that state - my sense of self, my ego, and my connection to the personality of who Peter is - expands and I find myself at one with the Universe, within my community, and with my family and the people close to me. 🌌

Lovingness isn't limited to someone or something specific; it's about embodying a state that allows us to tap into instantaneous knowing... or intuition. ✨

Taking this idea from the mat into our everyday lives is where the real magic happens. 💫

It's about infusing love and intuition into every moment of our lives, especially during uncertain times. Our hearts and minds become a powerful compass, leading us with clarity, purpose, and intuition. 🌈
