unfortunately I bought an A320m-HDV card, and I've done everything to update the bios, with the new Windows updates now I have a black screen and I can't use the computer, my worst purchase

ASRock .......I will never buy motherboards from this company again ! This is real shit ! Eternal problems with quality ! 99% marriage that is not recognized as a warranty case !

At first I want to make a very big compliment to Asrock Europe, Nijmegen, Netherlands. I had a problem with the audio on my new B450M Steel Legend mainboard. I contacted the support of Asrock. The same day I got a telephone and Peter gave me some hints to control the Audio. It didn't worked. Than Peter invited me to visit Asrock Nijmegen. He tested my mainboard ....and really no Audio! I changed the mobo and before I got the new Mainboard he tested it with a M.2 ssd and a Ryzen 7 processor. Really, Peter you are a great ambassador of Asrock. Thank you very much !***


Allereerst wil ik Asrock Europe in Nijmegen een groot compliment maken. Ik had een probleem met de Audio op mijn nieuwe B450m Steel Legend mainboard. Daarom zocht ik contact via de support afdeling. Bijna onmiddellijk kreeg ik een telefoontje van Peter. Hij gaf me wat tips hoe ik het geluid kon controleren. Helaas zonder resultaat. Hij bood aan om met het moederbord naar Nijmegen te komen. Hij testte het mobo en stelde vast dat de Audio inderdaad kapot was. Ik kreeg onmiddellijk een nieuw moederbord. Alvorens het mee te geven heeft hij het eerst getest met mijn eigen processor, geheugen en M.2 ssd. Wat een service! Peter je bent een geweldige ambassadeur voor de fa. Asrock. actually mortar is a little bit better in vrms and cooling but this board is cheaper and good enough for stock or oc'd 3600.

I do not like the aesthetics or the appearance, it so uncool and ugly.

I OC'ed Ryzen 1600X to 3.9GHz 1.25V and HyperX Predator (stock XMP 3200 MHz 16-18-18-36 1.35V) to 3533MHz 16-19-19-36 1.35V with this motherboard.

Your mail-in rebate ask for it to be requested within 10 days of the order invoice, but the motherboard still hasn't been delivered by Newegg and it's been 10 days due to easter vacations, will you honor the mail-in rebate if it's like 14 calendar days instead of 10?

turn off same with mouse and keyboard but the system fans will stay running as with the power button. I still had the factory BIOS. Power button doesn't work I have to always unplug from wall and it takes a while to turn on.
