Traveling to the costal developed cities does not give you a clue about Vietnam.
ОтветитьDear Mandy and Lloyd, I would urge you both to do more research before you visit different countries. Being surprised that cities are “developed” in Vietnam is quite patronizing (and upset me a lot when I heard it!) and knowing nothing about Vietnam’s colonial past is inexcusable for people who are posting travel content. You both can do better.
ОтветитьIt it not pronounced NAM but NOM vietnom.
ОтветитьNice and informative video from a charming couple I appreciated the lack of annoying music! One thing what is the water quality like in Vietnam? Is it safe to drink ice with your beer?
ОтветитьGoing in 4 days. We relied heavily on your fun vlog a bunch!
ОтветитьNumber 1, don't make bad titles and thumbnails
ОтветитьHubby and I love your content on Vietnam. Thank you, it’s inspired us to travel there next year! Could you please tell us what month you went? The weather looked pretty good!!
ОтветитьI am Vietnamese and found this video to be very helpful. Thank you

ОтветитьMay Vietnam be one of the best experiences of your life <3 Hope you come back soon, we always welcome you!
ОтветитьGood one, thanks a lot. quick suggestion -- actually, the way caption is written gives a feeling of negative stuff coming up in the video... u might want to say - 10 interesting or awesome things in Viet, etc :)
Ответитьyou guys are really from the west
ОтветитьThe right side of the Rode is obviously the right side
ОтветитьThis was one of the best videos about travel to vietnam. Appreciate the respect and kindness you give. Vietnam is a beautiful country. There are so many unique cities to visit. Travel during the cooler seasons is not so hot. Tet is amazing. And the lantern festival is beautiful and the beaches are really nice too. 8 dollar massages on the beach is a wonderful thing. Safe travels to you guys. Lovely couple
ОтветитьThe foodtour costed them 78dollar per person. If you wanna do a foodtour dont get scared of the price..there are awesome tours for half the price or even more🙏🏼
ОтветитьMore Cafes vs. more Bars ..... Like!!!
ОтветитьReally enjoyed your content very informative and you guys are very likeable . Surprised on your limited knowledge of French history in Vietnam , come on guys it’s serious history 😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьI would never go there. I remember the Vietnam War. The only good thing is the Chinese and Vietnamese hate each other.
ОтветитьThanks for the overnight tips!!!
Did you mention Bia Hoi?
Are you still in Hanoi?
You may know, Bia Hoi, or "fresh beer" or "green beer" is both beer and a place. It can be some dude's garage or a fancy place. My Child's Mom used to take me to a fancy place, where we'd get country chicken and other foods; guys would be at a table drinking bia and snake wine. This one place had a huge fish tank of dead snakes and a spigot at the end. I believe it's about 50 proof.
Bia hoi is generally served cold in small glasses, cheap cheap; tasty AND light so you can pound and not get overly drunk.
You had vids from Hoi An and when I was there a couple weeks ago, they had Bia Hoi Hanoi in stainless steel liters; hopefully you had some.
Coffee: did you try the Viet civit poop coffee? Cafe Mai, and others... mmmm chocolatey!
Great video! I'm in Vietnam now - loving it for the same reasons you outlined so well.
ОтветитьIs HUE city called HANOI as well?
ОтветитьBeer with ice? The German in me almost cried, also wouldn't drink warm beer but why just put it in ice or in the fridge?
ОтветитьSo beer with ice is it safe.
ОтветитьIs it trough that you can get cat or dog meat on the street there?
ОтветитьYou chose Ho Chi Minh city as your vacation. One of the most crowded and industrial city in Vietnam. Is like chosing london, England, Sidney, Australia, and New York city as a vacation site. But Vietnam don't have violent and dangerous crime like most countries. Where peoples carries knives and guns and their illegal to carry.
ОтветитьDont travel to eorope
ОтветитьIch hab genau die gleiche Meinung wie ihr und freu mich über weitere Videos.
Ich sprech das aus was viele denken, aber sich nicht trauen zu sagen.
What about the weather? Is July ok to Travel? Thank you for thé good video
ОтветитьAny problems getting stomach problems from ice in your drinks?
ОтветитьLol brought sand to the beach? Lol why? My father was there in 69&70 loved the beaches, and had great time when not working. Enjoyed how the ladies took care of him. I think he hated not ever getting back. I think he must of had a girlfriend there. Great info y’all.
ОтветитьVery good video. You tell about important things. Not just have fun things.
ОтветитьAs a UK person born by two Vietnamese parents my native language is English but I speak a decent level of Vietnamese.. Your comments about the limited English is a very lazy thing on your part.. you go to another country and say they don’t speak “my language” it’s such an entitled thing to say.. if you go to another country you should be trying to speak the local language…. It the other way around
ОтветитьI would be yum in Vietnam
ОтветитьJESUS CHRIST IS HE RICH???????? HOW HE DO THAT
ОтветитьI was there last week and it always fascinates me. I was in Saigon for a week and had lots of cups of coffee and Banh Mi. I love it there. I go out and see my friend who has a theatre there and support his coffee shop!
I've even sent coffee back to my brother in the UK to see if others would like it as much as I did!
In terms of development, it's aiming for a GDP of roughly 6-7% and seems to have been able to hold off a recession and I think that's because it's taken on a lot of work from Thailand and China in terms of factories etc which is helping. Also, they have a lot of young companies growing in the indexes with favourbale policies and conditions.
There BO is whats strong and there countries smell is strong.
Ответитьwas there a year not by choice.. try to forget the word vietnam
ОтветитьResearch is a good thing. Multiple resources. I never thought Vietnam was rural. Does it have rural parts? Of course! This is why I find these kind of videos ridiculous because all this tells me is .... no research, no investigating but you sure do want people to subscribe and follow you. I see so many of these videos and it's just a bunch of horse manure.
ОтветитьI dislike that the title and the caption is translated but the video is in english. Just keep everything in english then. The translation is not even good and the links are broken. Why did you translate it? Taking in account that the quaility is reduced? To get views and money? Probably and that is a bit sad.
ОтветитьHave you visited Cambodia? They use limited English too.
ОтветитьAre you kidding me? Vietnam is very behind on the times compared to the states! Vietnam still does things the old way from the 60's their tech is very Chinese. they are not that modern what so ever.
ОтветитьAustralian and Canadian?...🤮
ОтветитьThey drive on the right side of the road? They're copying us in America! :P
ОтветитьWhat? You mean you don't get around by people draw carts running on dirt roads? lol
ОтветитьTop things 'we wished we had known' before coming. Think about your grammar a bit please in your titles.
ОтветитьWhy go to Vietnam to experience a Westernized city? Isn't that why you travel to more exotic places to see a different lifestyle?
ОтветитьWhat a waste of time!
ОтветитьThank you
