Believe me... 5 minutes into workout and I am already done. This is sooooo intense 🔥🔥🔥1st exercise was good, I started keeping up with that. But oh boyyyy, 5 minutes and 11 seconds into this video and I am done done and dusted, need to catch my breathe a bit😭

ОтветитьI used to be able to do this without stopping, I remember going light headed and thinking I could smell burning. I tried it again today and stopped 3 or 4 times. So difficult. Going to try and get to 0 stops again. What a great workout.
