ОтветитьHomemade Sauerkraut is just an absolute must. It is super easy, super inexpensive, and has tremendous health benefits. Everyone should eat at least a small cup of it every other day at least.
The same goes for homemade hummus and broccoli sprouts, but that is a separate matter.

ОтветитьLove my cabbage!!!! In Hawaii. We have plate lunches and most of the time it was used as a garnish under a protein or they serve a side of Kim chee. Because there was teriyaki sauce on the cabbage, it made it more delicious. It’s nice to know their health benefits.
