I always fall asleep within 30min so i don't know whay you say - but I'm 2wks in listening to you at night and have had no alcohol. Im also running every evening and drinking lots of water through the day, taking supplementscand overall just being kinder to my body

Two weeks before my birthday last month I went alcohol free including alcohol free beer and cider in pubs with friends and family.

Since then I've preferred non alcoholic drinks compared to alcoholic drinks.

I've had alcoholic Heineken and not enjoyed it, yet had non alcoholic Heineken and preferred the non alcoholic option.

Also love the non alcoholic kopparberg, and perlanger (Lidl alcohol free beer)
