Tax Audit Requirement for F&O Transaction and Tax Audit if loss in F&O Trade

My salary 2.50 lakh capital gain 10k f&n loss 1.5lakh loss carry forward ke liye audit ki required hai kya first time kiya hai

Sir pls reply to my query my options turnover is above 1 cr and last financial year i opted for presumptive taxation scheme and did not carry forward my losses. This year also i incurred loss and I don't want to get tax audit done. So for that I'll have to declare profit at 6 to 8 % correct? One more thing will my brokerage charges be deducted from the profit we show of turnover.
