ОтветитьSuch seriousness when mentioning garlic’s ability to keep away vampires
ОтветитьThe Top 10 Selected Vegetables are: 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
Garlic, Onions, Brussels Sprouts, Tomatoes, Cabbage, Bell Peppers, Cauliflower, Broccoli, Lettuces, Avocado.
Wat about watercress, its way more healthy than any food on ur list.
ОтветитьPoor old potato missed out all together! 🥔🥔🥔 😢
ОтветитьAnd carrots 🥕
ОтветитьPraise the lord good and perfect impermetion
ОтветитьI live alone, so garlic and onions are an easy staple. There is also noone around to complain about the smell of brussel sprouts cooking, but I have never given lettuce enough credit. Thanks for the enlightenment.
ОтветитьIm surprised brussel sprouts arent higher on the list. Theyre the tangiest vegetable. Theyre like small cabbages
ОтветитьWhere do artichokes land on this list?
ОтветитьAppreciate for explaining and acknowedging us for healthy information.
Ответитьcabbage cures stomach problems!! it saved me
ОтветитьWhT about all those berries like blueberries and strawberries and raspberry
ОтветитьI am not sure about cheese and ham with lettuce. Kinda defeats the point of eating lettuce if you going to load up on processed meat and dairy/saturated fat.
ОтветитьThank you Dr
Thank you so much for a great show always,
God Bless
This was clear, professional, and to the point. Thank-you doctor Ekberg for the information.
ОтветитьI thought many of the vegetables you mention were high in oxalates ?
ОтветитьWhat about Chinese broccoli, or Gai Lan? I prefer it to regular broccoli. Maybe do a video on veggies you can get at the local Chinese and Japanese grocery stores. Thx.
ОтветитьDr. Stan the Man. Thanks so much for dropping all these knowledge bombs! I've learned a lot.
ОтветитьI'm on low sodium foods right now, what breads should I eat?
Ответитьavocado is so good ,but it has to grow on the other side of the globe.. sadly
ОтветитьI WILL FOLLOW YOUR ADVICE
ОтветитьOoft avocado 🤮
ОтветитьI get horrible acid reflux attacks when I eat garlic. What gives?
ОтветитьThey only tell you what not to eat when you are skinny and have diabetes.
That is my problem.
Vegetables, blue berry's and garlic just don't help to solve the problem.
God Allmighty called these Herbs into existence for the service of Man
Hallelujah
I so appreciate this video. To many people, including some doctors are shamelessly promoting and over promoting the carnivore diet and saying vegetables are poisonous and gate to be eaten, and they ar meant for human comsumptiom and other such nonsense.
I find no balance or common sense in this new cultish fad. Dr. Ekberg, thank you for not being a fad guru that demonizes food healthy food groups and fir your common sense and rational advice.
Thank you Dr. Sten Ekberg
ОтветитьThanks!

ОтветитьGot to say I like ekberg over berg ..now..
ОтветитьI lost it when I saw that guy on the couch. 🤣🤣
ОтветитьNot surprising about garlic - also keeps vampires away : ).
ОтветитьI’m so thankful for Dr. Sten Ekberg’s great advice! I lost 30 lbs in 5 months, and for the first time, it was effortless!! Low carb, high fat, and lots of veggies.
ОтветитьI dont understand how you can say you dont have to count it because the carbohydrate becomes fibre.
Do you mean they count carbohydrate as fibre.. Very confusing.
I thaught you said the body already makes enough antioxidants its self.
ОтветитьFascinating video! Many of these vegetables I love to eat (esp. garlic , onions, and broccoli/cauliflower). What I would love to see you discuss is the many types of beans and how they fit into a healthy diet. (I am extremely fond of garbanzo beans).
ОтветитьProbably the most useful channel I ‘ve come across on YT. Thank you!
ОтветитьFODMAP. You said “fructo” instead of “fermentable”
