Whilst I mostly agree with most sensible people that training is important and its usually bad owners. However a dogs blood line can be very important. If a pit bull or even a Fila Brasileiro come from a more laid bqack blood line with the right training they will be great dogs. But checking the blood line is important big time. If they come from a line thats guard dogs and even in some countries fighting dogs it is in their genetics. Not that they can't be trained but they are certainly more of a risk.

Breeding is only successful with careful selection of the gene pool. Second to that is behavioral science...dog training in other words. And yes, there are people who have zero knowledge of what they are doing when raising a pup or taking on a dog who was mishandled and abused. All of this is why some dogs are extremely dangerous. Pitbulls have a bad rep because of people. They are smaller than mastiffs so many people think they can handle them but the drive ends up getting the better of weak owners. I'll stick with my Presa/Bandog any day tho

Just show them love and they won’t be aggressive. Training dogs to be aggressive like it was shown in this video is how accidents happen. Certain breeds have aggressive or protective traits but it’s all about how you train them.
