An IAS officer does not have to frantically wait at the airport gate. It's from my personal Experience where I've saw CEO's of big giants waiting but a District Collector manages to arrange a VIP arrangement at the airport when he is on travel.

When software engineers and product managers make similar or more money without any of the pretense and far lower stress. No wonder so many consultants are moving to Product Mgmt.

Great video. Just one small clarification - At BCG, the Partner is not an Equity partner. The MDP is an Equity partner at BCG which comes 2-3 years after you make Partner.
