There’s different levels to lifting, then there’s the Ronnie Coleman level
ОтветитьI’m honestly torn. These reps are horrible.. but look at them. Then again you have RP who would tear this compleltey down saying they would have done it that much faster if they had done full ROM. The truth has to be somewhere in the middle, heaviest you can- with perfect form- and some cheating here and there
ОтветитьHeavy weight for REPS is The Best way to Train
ОтветитьJoooos
ОтветитьMe thinking I’m Ronnie Coleman putting 2.5 lb plates on after benching 135… “Gotta put some more weight on there.”
ОтветитьJay Cutler, legend, respect 💪.
ОтветитьI just realized Branch Warren and Chuck Vogelpohl are like the same person but one's a bodybuilder and the other is a powerlifter haha not only are their personalities similar, but they look like they could be siblings at least.
ОтветитьLmao, its hilarious how some of these roided up freaks think they lift heavy weight for reps…. They don’t, it’s never been done! Do you know why? Because if your lifting for reps it’s NOT HEAVY! I don’t care if your Ronnie Coleman, benching 500, if it’s for reps it’s NOT HEAVY
ОтветитьРахиты пузатые! Не сравнится вам с Атлетами Золотой Эры! Вот где, была Эстетика и Красота!
ОтветитьThat is fuckin insane.
ОтветитьOld school the best
ОтветитьJay cutler
Ответить800 solid ass pounds > 800 pounds
ОтветитьIf you can do a lot of reps it is by definition not heavy weight
ОтветитьNote.. Body builder and weight lifter are completely different ....
ОтветитьI prefer heavy and high reps. But Phil Heath is a very notable exception to this rule. He works with almost absurdly low weight and did pretty great.
ОтветитьLight weight 💥💥

ОтветитьSão muito bonitos lindíssimo é muita força, e saúde e muita felicidade e muita boa sorte grande de Sião,boa sorte de Jó salmos 125,126,144,90,91,41,93.
ОтветитьHands down, my favorite bodybuilder of ALL TIME! I think that is the perfect physique, and he's won over and over to prove it.
If you've never done steroids, it's the ONLY way to get this size - obviously. It allows you, makes you anxious even, to push yourself so much farther.. It's like a runner's high, the best way I can explain it. I've started laughing in extreme pain on last reps before, the feeling is hard to describe. It's not just adrenaline, it must release massive amounts of endorphins and you recover faster too, so you can repeat that over and over. 15 lbs of muscle in 8-9 weeks on a strong cycle. It's not cheating, it's enhancement, the work is yours.
Kevin had a great physique too, I never cared for Coleman really. Bob Parid had the perfect male body in my opinion, symmetry like a Roman statue, but he wasn't in the league of the most era of today.
💪💪💪💪💪💪
ОтветитьThey never give up and that's why I love them
ОтветитьIf this shit doesn't get u fired up nothing will..
ОтветитьOthers: heavy
Ronnie: lightweight baby 💪
