I got the biggest headache of my life and my different thoughts were so loud, I tried to sleep with the sound and I fell asleep to it after 10 mins and got so irritated when I shortly woke up again.. I had to turn it off

When I read the comments, I just hear about good feelings, tiredness or dizziness but why did I get such pain

How should we use this, just listen or repeating affirmations while listening?

i find peace in everything. i know itll be like this everday and every minute. i am becoming the best version of myself. i am passing all my aps with the highest score means five. the perfect guy finds me and gives me primcess treatment all the time. i am having really beautiful and meaningful times with my family and my friends. i am attracting positive things and good oppurtinities in my life. i am guided by Allah. i am getting love and healing my traumas. i know i am becoming the happiest, richest, most beautiful, best,most peaceful and lovinngg. i love life.

I have a thyroid condition and my hormones are not balanced , I hope this gonna help my body relax and heal 🫶🏻❤

I pray to heal my overthinking , my stress , the days i don’t eat , or don’t have appetite . I pray for a consistent routine to change my life . I pray to quit letting the things and people around control how i feel . I hope that i can move on forward from my past finally this year and quit dwelling back to my old ways . I hope that one day the lord will hear me , and come save me . I wanna be at peace with life , myself , my energy , my aura , my family . I don’t wanna continue shaking due to my thinking . I listened to it for 30 mins and yet I felt just sleepy but no signs of what Liz said... I don't know how to feel about it.

What does it mean if u feel like it's gives headache?

Remember your 3D is not your reality,,but your 4D is , tell yourself everyday. " I'm used to the new story I see in my inner reality, my old story is dead and gone". There's no reborn without death, dissolve that resistance within you,,you can do it!😊...I know it's overwhelming and so much anxiety at first but keep repeating keep going until your subconscious mind is used to it. Let's ñot allow these bad non existing thoughts conclude and affect our lives, remember it's all just in your mind.. I love you all❤❤✨🌌
