The base price of this car is 180k€ here in the Netherlands. Not sure why. My feeling is Toyota is discouraging buyers. Not sure why all Toyota cars are made such expensive…

87000€ middle trim and 96000€ highest trim with 2.8 diesel 204 hp

I don't know how anyone can make it to Whole Foods without one.

50% of these vehicles will never ever be taken off road but nice to have all that off roading capability for the one time you do….maybe….possibly go off road…like driving through a construction zone lol.

Locking hubs for the front axle should be offered, would go a long way to manage better mpgs when not on trails. 2wd mode is important. Also a 2 door variant would be also be cool.

How tall are you and your weight pls.

I’m wondering since you got street tires and looks like 20” rims is why the ride isn’t good off-road, I have 17’s and 33” tires and I really like the ride on and off, I’ve put 5000 miles on mine, only complaint is smaller fuel tank and motor does sound like a lawnmower, neither one bother me enough to care so I’m def keeping it! I have FE fyi in same color

Great video, covered lots of little things many other reviews didn't quite do. Thanks for that. It's known as the Land Cruiser "Prado" in many world markets. Wondering if at some point you'll cover the Lexus 550 that is the cousin of this vehicle.

I have the new one. Best new vehicle I have and for years. After almost 2 months we love it.

Requires premium gas, which is a $1 per gallon more ripoff... that's a show stopper for me. Bad move Toyota, but at least the engines and transmissions are not blowing up like some other trucks.

I wonder if there is a difference in the feel of the vehicles, as they are both built on the same chassis. Is there a component or components that come standard with the Lexus vs. Toyota that would make one of them have a superior or better feel?

The Land Cruiser has always come with all-season road tires. The Land Cruiser is an expensive luxury SUV that is also second to none off road. The Land Cruiser is purchased by people who can afford its high price tag, enjoy the road presence and road manners all while having the polished/yet rugged look that can go anywhere. It truly is a one of a kind vehicle and hence why it is highly sought after for years to come.

In Canada the numbers that will take one of Edgar us next to nil as there's no mountains or canyons vs in the USA...

Price? In today's market it's actually now"mud-prices" though still not cheap to must.... And maybe"good value"...

You also get Toyota reliability.. Something you can't say for Land River....

AG's this is a true such.. Many are actually"crossovers".. Treat window slipping too fast forward sacrifice "retarded vertical storage space" and have no ground clearance..eg Audio
