The wonderful Dr John back in time!!
ОтветитьLoved the content especially the last picture which is best suited for common people like me to understand this concept. Having pictures of real life wound healing would make much more sense for common people like me

ОтветитьHuman body is pretty amazing!
ОтветитьPerfect explanation, thank you very much
ОтветитьThe human body is incredible.
ОтветитьThank you Dr John for the first time in my 23yr experience of being an icu nurse and currently Woundcare nurse I have a good understanding of wound healing process 🙌💕
ОтветитьIs the intern wound healing from Liposuction in the abdominal region the same?
ОтветитьI had a 1 cm epidermoid cyst removed on my chest. The stitches came apart & the dr said to let it heal (by secondary intention) with a DSD after washing with antibiotic soap. I’m allergic to antibacterial cream OTC. Now, it looks like 2 holes. What is going on?
ОтветитьGreat explanation Dr Cambel. Greetings from USA 🙌🏼
ОтветитьI LOVE THIS thank you!
ОтветитьExcellent video. Helped me a lot in my assignment.
Ответитьawesome...10 months later and I'm doing my 2nd semester in Enrolled Nursing Diploma and the Apply Principle of Wound Management in the Clinical Environment!

Doctor, you are amazing
ОтветитьThis is really helpful, thank you!
Even just for laypeople who are wondering about whether a wound is healing or whether they should try and see a doctor.
Which is a job of work these days!
Put my mind at rest.
Also, it's incredibly interesting. What an amazing process.
Best description and explanation of wound healing I've seen. Watching this 2 weeks post surgery :)
ОтветитьDr’s gotta be ex military because QRF (quick reaction force) is an acronym we use and not very well known to civilians
ОтветитьI'm getting my Bachelor degree on computer technology, but as a homework i got to model and simulate some biological event. I chose the wound healing and I'm so glad that I found this video, it explains so much. Especially I love how he explains the complex word by decomposing them to smaller pieces. Great teacher!
ОтветитьThis is absolutely wonderful.
ОтветитьThis video is so amazing sir ❤️🌟
ОтветитьI got second degree burn on my left foot due to the fact that I was carrying small 1 quart pan of boiling water whose handle unexpectedly broke and the boiling hot water went and fell to my bare skin on my left foot on 10-02-2022. I actually saw the inflammation on my left foot especially after the blisters broke and when I tried to walk, my left foot could not bear weight and the saw this intense red color on the top portion of my left foot. It gets like this intense strawberry red color along with a high degree of unbearable pain. The Burn Doctors placed me on strong pain medication and they taught me how to conduct wound care on the daily basis using “Silver Sulfadiazine 1% Cream”. After being in bed for three weeks and going to the burn doctors twice, the pain has subsided and I’m down to about a 4 on the pain scale. I went for my next appointment today and the burn specialist had my burn wound washed by the nurse to remove more of the dead skin and she used a sponge like tool with soap water and scrub it pretty hard. And the doctor pointed out to me that this necessary to remove the remaining dead skin, the majority of which that removed the day I went to the burn unit and then you get small amounts of dead skin that appear as the wound heal (My Wound Was Large) and the burn doctor also mention to me that there are three areas of the burn that still require “Silverdene 1% Cream” but the rest of the wound is healing well and he told me for the rest of the wound he wants me to apply a good lotion to promote healing with little or no problems. He said if there is scar formation down the road we will deal with it at that point surgically but to reduce the chances I must conduct my daily burn wound care religiously. There is one of the hardest situations that I have to deal with in a very long time. Please everyone check your cookware, anything that has loose or worn handle, throw it out and replace it with a new one. You don’t want to go through such a difficulty. Save yourself and your loved ones from such painful situation.
ОтветитьCame for a quick explanation of why my wounds hurt more the day after I got them, stayed for the lecture, because WOWE💚👌
ОтветитьYou are the best
ОтветитьPick it up a notch, Gtandpa
ОтветитьThank u so much for the clear presentation sir..
Ответить👍👍😘
ОтветитьI read some work by Barbara Ehrenreich a few years ago. At the time, new research indicated that, on occasion, the macrophase can go AWOL and assist cancer cells. In thinking of them as an adaptation, it puzzles me why nature would throw that in to mystify me.
ОтветитьThank you very much. I understood
ОтветитьAs an Optometrist, I have learned so much from this teaching, simplistic and well summarised. 😃😃I am impressed with the way he explains the physiological components. Well done for explaining the 4 stages and understanding the key principles and goals of wound healing . Thank you for taking the time to put this together.
ОтветитьWHEN DOES PUS HAPPEN? SHOULD WE REMOVE IT WHEN CLEANING? DOES IT PREVENT TISSUE FORMATION?
ОтветитьThis video was very informative. One of the biggest takeaways I took from the video was the importance of Angiogenesis and the role it plays in wound healing. My questions to you are; At what stage in the wound healing process does Angiogenesis take place? Does Angiogenesis take place before the granulation process occurs in a wound? Can a wound heal without Angiogenesis occurring?
ОтветитьThank you so much for this!!
ОтветитьI found Dr. Campbell during Covid, but wow, this is the best explanation I have ever received in terms of communication and teaching aids for understanding the miraculous nature of how a human body heals. The cellular structures appear quite capable, without human intervention, for most common colds I would logically deduce. Thank-you!!!
ОтветитьPerfect explanation 🙏😩❤️
ОтветитьI wish the time frame for each process is given especially with a big wound or big surgery wounds.
ОтветитьHow amazing has God created us, even this process of wound healing is nothing short of miraculous. Sadly sin has caused sickness, suffering and pain to come in. But one day all will be restored. There is hope.
ОтветитьVery interesting
ОтветитьThat's a mind blowing explanation sir
ОтветитьHow about a Morel Lavallee Lesion closed degloving. Hard to find info on those.
ОтветитьDr l am very confuse with so much explication to get wound healing.. My problem is preoccupation about bacteria, there not anought about immature keratinocites cell debris, and harden tissue.. The ricycling, clearing system
