Dusty May recaps Michigan’s 96-92 exhibition win over Toledo

I’m very encouraged in what Coach May and his staff have already been able to do. You see the style of play offensively and skill sets of the types of players he’s going to recruit. Under Coach Beilien the program had an identity and May seems to be bringing a similar identity back. For this season, I expect the TO’s and defense to improve some (hopefully a lot) once their chemistry on the court grows. On the flip side, these 2 exhibition games have shown that our front-court lacks strength and athleticism around the rim and will likely struggle to defend against it 1-on-1 in the post area.
