This Shabbat prep will allow you to enjoy your delicious SHABBAT MEAL IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR!! It was my go to shabbat meal prep throughout my medical residency and I still use it to this day to have amazing and easy shabbat food ready in no time!
It is a mix of fresh salads ( מתכונים לסלטים לשבת) , delicious baked shabbat fish and shabbat meatballs
it uses simple recipes to make this easy shabbat dinner recipes so you will find readily all the ingredients
it is an amazing go to for all your shabbat food need!

in a nutshell, it is a one hour shabbat meal prep and on top of that you have very little dishes to make!

Teriyaki meatballs
500g /2 cups minced beef
200 g/1 cup of minced veal
one egg and one yolk
1 tablespoon/ 9g of pressed garlic
half a cup / 100g of breadcrumbs
3 tablespoon/ 60g of teriyaki sauce
three green onions cut finely
pepper
Salmon green beans with potatoes
for salmon fillet 1 pound of green beans
4 pounds about 2kg of baby red or gold potatoes quartered
5 tablespoons/ 70 g of olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
2 teaspoons/ 4g of Italian herb
1 teaspoon/7g of garlic powder
2 tablespoons/40g of honey
1 teaspoon/10g of Dijon mustard
half a teaspoon/1g of Italian herb blend
Waldorf salad
* 6 Tbsp mayonnaise (or plain yogurt)
* 1 Tbsp lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
* 2 sweet apples, cored and chopped
* 1 cup red seedless grapes, sliced in half (or 1/4 cup of raisins)
* 1 cup celery, thinly sliced
* 1 cup chopped, slightly toasted walnuts
Israeli salad
* 4 cucumbers Israeli cucumbers, diced
* 3 ripe tomatoes, seeded and diced
* 1/4 minced onion (optional)
* 15 g minced fresh parsley
* 1.5 tbsp/ 30g extra virgin olive oil
* 1.5 tbsp/ 20g fresh lemon juice
* Salt to taste (I use about 1/2 tsp)
Mango Salsa
2 ripe mangos
1 small jalapeno, seeded (optional)
½ red bell pepper
¼ small red onion
1 to 2 limes, juiced (about 2 tablespoons)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
FENNEL AND ORANGE SALAD:
1 large fennel bulb, trimmed and thinly sliced
2 medium oranges, peeled
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar ( optional)
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons sweetened dried cranberries
Waldorf salad
* 6 Tbsp mayonnaise
* 1 Tbsp lemon juice
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
* 2 sweet apples, cored and chopped
