Man this scp sounds fun, minus the cthulu character the people turn into

what the hell does Caelivorous mean?

Honestly I'm kinda burned out on reality altering entities. I mean, they're so overused by SCP writers that we had to create a whole ass fictional technology to resist it. It's becoming a cliché. "My anomaly is so powerful it bends reality to its will!" is becoming a shortcut for inventive writing. I'm not even criticising this piece specifically, because I stopped listening after I lost interest in it because it is yet another reality changing eldritch horror. We need more stuff that sheds a terrible light on the way things actually are, not more stuff that just makes reality bad. Reality manipulation has become a Meeseeks box for lazy cosmic horror. Just my opinion.

so, is there any doubt this entity is from the same plane/dimension as the Fifthist god?

The thing is how SCP's resonate differently if you've actually experienced anomalous activity, and know, with full certainty that many of these aren't just stories.

I'm finding the new SCP entries increasingly hard to get immersed in. When the entry is thick with references "hume level" that don't mean anything, it's hard to come to grips with.
