There a newer version out this summer 2023 with way more features. Tilta Nucleus Nano II $299
ОтветитьThis clean straight walkthru is the best, just an intro in what way you work.
Sadly everything in the EU is more expensive. Thx from 2021, almost 3 years later
Would this wireless follow focus be powerful enough to use with Sigma 18-35 F1.8 lens?
ОтветитьI noticed the motor continuing to turn the lens' focus ring for a tiny moment AFTER you stopped turning the focus knob. Wouldn't that latency kill the accuracy of the pull?
ОтветитьEdit is very quickly, i don't understand everything. Saw it in 0.5 speed.
ОтветитьApparently this system won’t work with Sigma 18-35 F1.8 lens. Any other wireless follow focus system which will work with that lens - and GH5?
ОтветитьHello!! is there any way to poner the motor directly with the camara ports?
ОтветитьA question: I use old Zeiss Contax lenses, the focusing rings have a greater resistance than the new ones. Can this move them?
ОтветитьPLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO A VIDEO ON THE TILTA HANDLE WITH RECORD BUTTON! I have a GH5 and I'm trying to build a shoulder rig with a compatible handle/ record button.
Ответить... any suggestions for remote monitoring for the focus pulling !?
ОтветитьHow strong is the motor? how fast can you pull a wrack and can the motor keep up?
ОтветитьI love this video. No unnecessary intro, no call for us to "smash that Like button" or to "subscribe." Thank you.
ОтветитьHi. Dear "TESTED". I made some seamless follow focus rings for Tilta / Ronin-S,
and I think they are better than the original ones. Would you like to
try them? They are 3D printed and perfectly fit any lens as long as you
get the perimeter data for me.
How does it work with Lumix lenses (with focus-by-wire focus system)?
ОтветитьStay focused!
ОтветитьCan you tell if the torque in the motors are stronger when using the P-Tap connection?
ОтветитьDoes it work for Feiyutech A2000 also?
ОтветитьHow loud is it? I had the DCI focus for a little short film and it was a joy to work with. You just control the camera and some other guy is taking care of the focus with now need to run next to the camera. This is really good for working with wide lenses and getting close to your actors.
ОтветитьMaybe a stupid question but is the rec button to start/stop de rec on the camera itself? Or isn't that possible?
ОтветитьReceived mine today but sadly it doesn't seem to have enough torque to rotate the focus wheels on my manual Zeiss lenses. I have custom made focus gears on these lenses so slippage isn't the issue here. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
Ответитьcan nano pull zoom? gm master lens sony 1635
ОтветитьSo how would you pull focus on a shoulder rig as a one man band? Where /how would you consider mounting the dial?
ОтветитьThis seems like something adam could have built
ОтветитьClicked beacuse of the broad back, no homo
ОтветитьHas it A to B option?
ОтветитьWhat would you recommend as the best wireless signal transmitter then? If you had the tilta, and wanted an external monitor viewing the signal... is there are great cheap option that isn't the Teradek Bolt?
ОтветитьAnything about the latency or the responsiveness?
ОтветитьUmmm clean your lens bruh
ОтветитьIs there a larger gear available?
Could one use the motor only without the wheel?
Can't rely on autofocus....
hmmmm...
Could you please pass that on to Gunther?
Hi Joey, I would like to ask you if noticed too much noise from the motor, as I use a top mic on my camera. Also did you noticed any lag between the controller and the motor? Thank you.
ОтветитьHey thanks for the review. Any suggestions for a small and reliable battery Bank to power this with? Thanks for any suggestions
ОтветитьDid Tilta send you this to review directly? Cause they still haven't shipped to the US I believe (at least to B&H). Or where did you order yours from?
ОтветитьFull time commercial producer (former dp) chiming in: When it works, this thing is a pretty powerful tool for not very much money! But it has its quirks... it's a little laggy and sometimes it straight up stops working (usually at a critical moment). I've had maybe half a dozen friends pick one up and their experience is largely the same.
Still a very cool tool and a super affordable way to get a wireless follow focus... it's as expensive as a decent manual follow focus which is crazy! If you're doing more high end work, I'd recommend sticking with something like an RT Systems setup. Their latest gear is pretty reasonably priced for a wireless FF and most importantly rock solid.
Nice review Joey! Thanks for sharing :)
Awesome setup Sir an you do a great job on this channel. Keep up the awesome stuff. Also have a Merry Christmas too.
Ответить14500? And i thought 18500 where a weird size...
ОтветитьGreat one! Could the motor be powered directly from camera, say gh5 or any?
ОтветитьWhat kind of motor do you think they use for this Follow Focus? They need to be silent and to track the position.. how could you achieve that?
ОтветитьTake a shot every time he says gimbal
ОтветитьOk, now I need this.
ОтветитьI pre-orderd mine last week!
I think you can use the Nucleus Nano with an iPhone, so you don't a Teredek system.
Crane 2 vs Mova Air vs Tilta gimbal review?
Thanks for this great video, look forward to more!
We are interested in Adams creations not cameras
ОтветитьWhere is Adam?
ОтветитьJoey, when you get the gimbal I'd love to know if you can pair it's wireless control with system above and make a poor man's PTZ option for say a second angle at conferences in a pinch?
Ответитьforget functionality, all that Tilta gear looks just beautiful... all that wood and crisp machining work
Ответитьboring
ОтветитьI love the wood look!.....Is it real wood?
ОтветитьNeat information. On a gimbal, could it detect distance from the target and auto focus that way? So the target is in focus no matter where they walk and it doesn't get confused?
Ответить
