No one has ever observed a star formation. Don't accept a theory which has no experimental evidence as a fact. The video is talking about what they THINK how the stars formed. It is not a scientific fact. Hydrogen will not fuse itself to form Helium and then it become hot to finally become a hot ball. What is in this video is a good fairytale, not science.

That's why hot jupiters are found closely orbiting to the star, hot jupiter will also fission to form moons.
