I think I found a cash buyer that I would like to assign my contract to. Should I attach the original copy of the purchase of sales agreement on closing date or when I email them the assignment of contract? Also, do I have to make another purchase of sales agreement if I decide to renegotiate? Thank you in advance Alec for your help!
