There's nothing much worse on the witness stand, than a child testifying against their parents over the death of their brother & sister. But sadly I've seen it way a lot. I'd posted a video of Jessica's cross ex, with her story ripped apart, so quick. But the excuse of the ring getting stuck, ect, was totally opposite of her story. They had no care to ask to 14 yo to do do that, lied & murdered his baby brother. And get emotional when he's on the stand. To think they'd be abke to state they didn’t knowcwas nvr gonna last. Being caught has to be a possibility, or were they too high, to realise. Regardless, no excuse, not most parents, even on drugs wouldn't do this. I hope this boy got help with a loving aunt & uncle, therapy, graduated, & went to college or whatever his plans were. In his 20s now I hipe he's coped & living good life. Though aware his parents were responsible, he might have hung on to accidents. But still had a normal love for his parents likely. And to try to get justice for his brother, he was witness against his parents. If you couldn't cooe, say you need but more time, & state help you ll need. Why fight to get custody to do this. Leave him in foster care. Or let thr fotrr parent adopt. Clearly on meth a crying, 24 hr care newborn got in the way & they neglected & resented him. But fought for custody.

They should go to prison and never get out

The prosecutor was throwing so many wrenches trying to muddy the waters. By the end of it she needed a hearing aid, prescription glasses, a scooter to drag evidence and questions from her chair. Like woman, just stop it lol.

I haven’t followed this case in details but this is so sad. The mom was on drug and drug is the evil that it can do anything to destroy the family. I pray that God will touch and heal this family.

The lady lawyer who said she could not hear him is a liar. The teen's voice is just as loud, and amplified, just like everyone else in the room, including herself.
