I'm confused he goes from being inside the mall getting ready to secure it, to being outside picking strangers to head to the mall to see if he can hold up there.

Im wondering if these get proof read after the ai makes them. Malls dont go from having thousands of peoples foot traffic to crumbling in hours.

I really love a story that starts at the beginning and moves through the terrors. This would have been a great book, if you would have proof listened the thing, it jumps around like a ping pong ball, one minute Owen is alone the next he is helping people the next he is alone and back and forth. A story has to flow this one is a like a ping pong game. to bad it started out great.

He seams to be obsessed with fragility

Not great. No continuity. Then he's alone, then he's not. Then he saves ppl, but he's still alone. He lives alone in the mall. But there are other ppl... and somehow they have NO supplies.
He risks his life at treatment plant for these "other ppl", but he's only met them once before.
Uhm, so no bottled water at the mall huh? No taps and containers? I hear snow melts too.

This could be ok, really it could. But my goodness! Someone needs to proofread.
There's even a "word count 57" in there. I mean, come on. What are we doing here?
