Make sure hotbar 8 IS NOT SHARED and save yourself the hour of searching that i had to do.

how are you able to have so many different things to switch to? i don't hve enough space with the hotbars i have?

So i did this a couple years ago all thanks to your lovely video. I Came back today to share if with a pf party and realzied ive been having an issue that ive just gottan used to. Which is when i click a button on hot bar 8 to bring up 9. They never turn off. If i only bring up 8 after 7 secs it goes away but both 8 and 9 they just stay open until i use my keybind again to close them. I have the macro copyed exactly the same does anyone know why this is happening or also dealing with this issue? Thanks you. And again thank you so much Desp

So if you say do this for rogue but play ninja will this still work or need to find something i wont ever use the next class of?

There not copying over ? THM 4 to 8 and I'm placing things in 4 and there not showing in 8?

I'd like to use a viper ability as one of my micons, however whenever i am on another job it darkens as to say it can't be used. I just want the icon not the functionality of it. Any idea how to get it to stay bright?

if you're here like me in dawntrail, all you have to do is add a macro of "/hotbar copy (class) (number) current 8 /hotbar display 8 on /wait 7 /hotbar display 8 off /hotbar display 9 off" to your dps bar. preferibly with the image of an arrow down like i did so i know there are more jobs lower down.

Tried to add Viper and Pictomancer today and the macros get wiped when I open the arrow. Did something change or did I forget something? xD

Why backup your files? If you want it to go back to how it was, there is a built in option to default.

Love the video, super helpful. One question though, how do I make it so I can choose the job crystals as the actual icons for the macro? The macro for changing jobs/Gear sets is working, but I can't get the job crystal icon as option.

Does anyone now how to solve the problem that everytime you change a job through the bar 8 the bar 8 changes to another bar. For example im in the dps bar and change to ninja and the bar changes to my healer job bar.

Love to see mixing up different job/class gears to have a smn an drk combined to look different from other equipment gears ect lol

Thank you for this. It took me a bit of time to understand everything, but your video gave great instructions.

The only downside is that it takes a bit of time (compared to just dragging) if you wanna change anything.

Not sure if anyone will see this, Do I need to have a job crystal before it will work? I copied everything exactly as shown, I am an Arcanist at the moment but it doesn't work.

I can't get it to work, i can get the category ones to pop up but i can't get it to copy the hotbar to hotbar 8.

Is there a way to use the icons for "Adventurer Plate" and others in the Character menu?

The copy isnt working for me =( it wont copy the job hotbar to hotbar 8

When I keybind for hot bar 10 it actually selects info on hot bar 9 on console. Is there a way to have it just bring up arrow/hot bar 10?

actually, for the job changing macros, you don't need to know what number each gearset is. You can use "/gs change Sage " and it will look for whatever gearset is called "Sage" which is the default name. If you didn't rename your jobs into anything weird, they will all be the default job names used in the "soul of" line.

Oh so basically were are using infinite hotbar glitch kinda. Just need to dump all icons on a non used class.

nah this is too much i wish there was like a mod that you can add to the game so you dont have to do all this shit.
