Like many videos from India, this too is a very beautiful video!! To me, it shows creative and not wasteful thinking.
Answer for some questions asked here. Please do not hesitate to ask further if anything is not clear. I will try to answer as much as I can. with love.
Bearings can be purchased from China through Chinese website like "Ali Express" or "eBay". Very cheap (example: 10 bearings for 2 or 3 USD).
Remember: Although the Chinese quality is not the highest you can find, but good enough, as a fan is a very light load.
Typically, the shaft diameter in household fans, is 8mm.
Typically, the outer diameter of the bearing is 19mm.
To find a suitable bearing, simply search by the shaft diameter, then select the outer diameter closest to the size of the space you have on the chassis cavity from the bushing.
There are motors with a bearing-compatible cavity, and there are some that you can choose a bearing with an flange and holes for shorts screws.
In any case, to take into consideration that you may also need spacers, to prevent the motor shaft from moving in and out.
This can also be easily found from China on the above websites.
Look for an 8mm spacer (if this is the diameter of the motor shaft).
Another important thing to note: choose an sealed bearing, to prevent dust penetration.
The difficulty is to find a bearing at a suitable depth, because most bearings of this diameter are only 6mm deep (we need 10mm).
But do not get carried away by it, because you can put spacers or washer to fill the gap, or even carefully glue the bearings in place.
Sometimes a fan motor stops working due to a burnt "thermal fuse", so it can be replaced with another, usually the heat level I found in the fans I fix is around 140 degrees Celsius (I recommend a little less).
