I want to start doing this because I'm insecure.
For my height 163 with a weight of 45.
I'm not fat, but I still want to change. Before that, I did more workouts on the stomach. I do 2 sets every day. I plan to do it for about 2 weeks.
Day 1 - In principle, it is not difficult. I feel tingling in my stomach and that my hips are tired.
Day 2 - My abdominal and leg muscles hurt. For some reason it makes me sick .. There are no changes, but this is how it should be

Day 1 <3 : did workout 2 times felt easy first time was kinda hard the second because I don’t workout much! But no difference yet!
Day 2: see progress did workout x 1 and drank lots of water! I need to get a scale too weigh myself tho !

Day1: This is very easy! Feeling good, not sweaty and no pain. Going well! (Might do a second set?) (Yes, i did to another one.)
Day2: Did one set, due to the fact i had 2h of PE today, but did one anyway. Not too bad👍🏽

Ответитьi wont be doing the updating thing almost everyone does but what im going to say is that this workout actually works and like super fast. Personally i saw some change from the third day and even if you feel like the workout didn’t tire you enough trust me results will show. Just a reminder though that everybody is different and results vary from person to person. In case your results don’t show really fast dont give up! Keep working on yourself and never forget your goals. Im really proud of everyone trying to improve their health and stay strong❤️

1. It did feel weird but i felt a bit calm from it . But i didnt see any results just yet! But i feel the faint pain (for me) so ik this will work!
2. tried it again i felt pain in my neck but thats probably because i did another workout after this. overall this did work a bit ( i dont have a weigh thingy to weigh myself soo 😭)
doing this for 14 days 1 or 2 times a day. (skipping lunch and drinking lots of water)

ОтветитьI was playing gymnastics from 4 years old to 9 and i was so thin then i stopped gymnastics 4 months ago and now i am not fit at all today i did 7 times i did not feel anything i am so excited to tomorrow day 2 I did it 7 times too so easy I am a bit thinner than before I started day 3 i did it 14 times my stomach is flater than before realy good i am so excited to tomorrow my leg is thinner an stomach

Day 1:✅ didn’t really feel anything or any changes but didn’t really expect it felt nice and drank lots of water 💧 only did one set cya tmrw guys!! 💗

I've been doing this workout have, this is my impressions:
Its a very useful workout for people who cant do too much or never did a workout before, bc its easy and WORKS.
I lost 5kg when I was doing it everyday. And I can notice that my tighs and belly are very different from before.
But you have to keep in mind that the secret for every workout is doing it everyday.
So if you're wondering if it works bc is too easy or if you should do my answer is yes!!
(I didnt any diet btw, I just stopped to eat when I wasnt hungry but nothing hard)

So, i am a pre-teen, meaning im 11 years old. I am overweight for this age tryna lose it. Im currently 49Kgs, and the goal for me is to get to 36 kgs(at least)
Also, guys give me tips on how to run faster, all these people in my class make fun of me for being tired just by running a round of tye school ground 😭😭
