Can you tell me how to make a sandwich roll with a slight chew measuring 4"x6"x2.5"H and weighs only 66 grams finished? It's a Portuguese "pop" but none of the bakeries will divulge how they attain such a big roll with such a light weight. Would you know how they do it?
As a man it's somewhat unusual or as a general trend to make bread or be comfortable in the kitchen,.Grilling is more common.
I started making bread and dabbled in sourdough back in 2008 and made it on and off sometimes skipping for years.
Just tried my 1st focaccia tonight still in process while writing this reply.
Little more history,,, I learned my basics from Rose Levy in her bread bible, the down side to that is reading and applying it.
Now I have the luxury of watching all these video's and that is much easier to me.
