ОтветитьI’m only halfway into the video but I think it would be a lot easier to use only sugar and no corn syrup to keep the consistency crunchy and not chewy
ОтветитьIt’s corn flakes
ОтветитьI love this woman.

ОтветитьDelaney looks like he's related to Post Malone
ОтветитьThis is absolutely one of the most informative "foodie" "science" shows on the internet. I loooooove these people!! The chemistry in the bowl and in the workplace is amazing. It doesn't hurt that they are so knowledgeable and so creative and not afraid to make keep trying until they get it "right on". They are wonderful and thank you all for a great show!!!
Ответитьthe way to make this is really like 贡糖(Gong Tang) where you fold powdered peanut into Maltose
ОтветитьThe core of Butterfingers reminds me of Chickosticks
ОтветитьButterfingers are the only truly unique candy bars
ОтветитьI’ve actually made Butterfingers before. Believe it or not I used candy corns melted in the microwave added peanut butter, shape them, cooled them and covered with chocolate. I got the same flakiness as an original Butterfinger. Turned out amazing.
ОтветитьI miss this lady so much :')
ОтветитьI need a Brad in my life!

ОтветитьButterfingers haven’t been the same since they changed the recipe
