Its normaly in my village.

Back when I was 11 or 12, my grandparents took me and my siblings to a large motorcycle store on a weekend. One of the bikes on sale there was a used first gen S1000RR for 11k €. It had a little stand with a spec sheet next to it and it said the weight, horsepower, etc., but not the top speed. I asked my grandpa, but he didn't know, so he asked one of the employees and the guy said "The Speedo goes up to 299 kph. But it goes faster than that". Back then, that number was mindboggling to me, it was like it didn't matter, what came beyond 299, like you would reach light speed and time slowly started moving backwards. Since that day I had a need for speed and one day, not too long from now, I'll own a white/blue first gen S1000RR like the one that started it all and I'll get to that magical number and find out what lies beyond it.
