can you tell us what lead him to suicide? To everyone out there going through siilar, please spare a thought for those without family or partner or kids. It's better to have lovd & lost than to have never loved at all- loneliness can be even more debilitating, especially with financial struggle / homelessness on top.

Very sorry for your loss. As someone who suffered from severe depression and suicidal ideations for many years I know exactly what your son was going through and I can promise you he did not do this to hurt you. He was in more pain and suffering more than you could ever comprehend. May he RIP.

21 years ago we lost our 13 year old Julie Ann from an infection she got at the hospital after back surgery..,2021 we lost our daughter Tracey Lea 34 from suicide my 2 youngest daughters g gone

Recently I've really been struggling, every night all I'm thinking about is ending it. I drove to the beach on Sunday night with every intention of not coming back, the one thing that has held me back everytime is thinking about my mum. My Grandfather born 1901 and died in 1985 once said " all good times come to an end", as I have grown now to my 50's and have seen family members die off, and the recent loss of my sweet girl Chrissie who died of cancer, I have realised time is precious and we just never know when our days will be filled with great sadness.
The loss of a child is a very difficult time for any parent but one can only experience this when its one of their children.

I really want to give you a hug. I have been severely suicidal and contemplated suicide by drug overdose to the point i was sectioned to a mental hospital after my mix of crushed oxycodone and xanax was found by my mom. I'm so sorry for your loss. Videos like this help me to stay alive because i don't want to do this to my own mother, so you are saving others by telling your story. Nobody would judge you for what happened, people will be supportive of someone grieving such an unimaginable loss. Stay strong.

I have a beautiful dog, I have a beautiful niece, I have beautiful brothers and a sister that loves me so much, I have a father and a few friends that I believe care about me, but the only reason the only person that keeps me in this world and just fighting against this horrible depression everyday is my mom, I just can't imagine how could she feel if I decide to take my own life, I don't want to ruin her life, I don't want her to go through that pain because I know she's the only person in this planet that really and genuinely cares about me... In the mean time I have to go through this hell alone and by my own, trying to scape from lonely places, trying to be in places where the other people voices keep those horrible thoughts away from me, I can't sleep and I cannot wake up with an awful feeling in my chest every single day, I feel alone every single day, every single minute of my existence is an absolute torture and why I don't know, with all of that, the only thing that keeps me alive is mom... I love you mom, even tho you will probably never read this, I love you.

I don't think this is social anxiety. Sounds more like Avoidant Personality Disorder.

I lost my nephew and boy oh boy that’s a hard pill to swallow I fight demons everyday but faith in god and what he’s told me in Islam has helped me so much it’s crazy.
