Piper Laurie | A Career Retrospective

Actress Piper Laurie was a Hollywood icon and legend, starring in films like _The Hustler,_ _Children of a Lesser God,_ and the original two seasons of _Twin Peaks._ But she is probably best remembered for her role as Margaret White in Brian De Palma's 1976 adaptation of _Carrie,_ alongside Sissy Spacek.

This never-before-seen interview with Piper was recorded in 2021, right around the 45th anniversary of _Carrie._ Although intended to be included in a future episode of the series, we wanted to release the full conversation now, in honor of her recent passing (October 14, 2021, at the age of 91).
