1. courage to be dislike -- people will make fun of you and comment heartless things.
Write down your concern and excuse and ask yourself if it is in control and solve them.
Do part-time in the beginning and do it as a hobby first.
2. market researching - watching videos froma a creator aspect and learn what a good vedio is.
-- open a new ytb account
-- watch vedios that are similar with what you want to creat
-- ask yourself why you clicked on the vedio. The title? or the pic? analyze that.
-- take notes if you get bored or quit the video, write down the reason and think how to do better.
-- think about your unfair advantages -- things cannot easily copied or bought by other copetitors.
-- allow algorithm to learn your preference
3. stop overthinking and get started. do not worry the first 20 or even 50 videos.
4. invest in the audio equipment.
5. story telling and build community for mind-like people.
6. pick right music and it enhance storytelling experience.--listen to hudrends tracks --epidemic sound
7. keep posting your videos and improving them, but do not need to be a perfectionist.
if you're not embarrased by the first version of your product, then you luched it too late.
Evolve your content as well -- analyze from a consumer and also from creator aspect.
8. Have something you want to share with the world.
