Ive been using a tampon for so long it takes me 2 secs to put it in. 1 handed. Once you get the hang of it.... its really easy.
But i completely understand that it can be nerve-wracking your first few times... i was scared once too. But once you get it........ again its so easy.

Guys ok so I’m gonna try to help out the girls that are still struggling…

This might b tmi but what helped me was; to first try to do this w ur pinky finger. I know it might be gross but trust me, it will make it a lot easier and it will feel more comfortable than plastic since it’s just a soft finger. Also make sure ur hands are clean and ur nails are cut. So what ur gonna do is ur gonna obvi put it in the hole but ur gonna AIM downwards (not GO downwards). Then ur gonna feel tissue and you will probably hurt yourself or make u feel uncomfortable. The easiest way to explain this is that you have to push upwards to the “roof” of the pipe (still AIMING downwards). Then u slowly push as far as ur finger can go. And once you’ve got that, u can either move to a bigger finger (if you want/if ur more comfortable doing this with ur finger to get more practice) or you can try it with a small tampon. This is what helped me as a 13 year old so I’m hoping it will help someone else. also I’m sorry if this is confusing I’m trying my best to help out some girls.

It’s currently the summer. I’m 10 turning 11 in a few weeks. I have swimming training Monday-Friday so I had to wear a tampon which lead me to watching this crying and shaking because it was REFUSING to enter. I'll be honest. I like using pads but in certain situations I would like to use a tampon. The first time I tried, a friend of mine, who had always used them, didn't fully explain so I remember feeling so uncomfortable because I felt it. My mom later told me you can technically feel something but it shouldn't make you uncomfortable where there was pain. But now with this video.. I got it. And I'm a heavy flower so it is very helpful to have a tampon when I'm working where I'm active.
