Nice but 212K for 24 years is abit tough. It’s like you rent it for 24 years and if you re-rent it out lie airBnB you better make at least 20K a year😅

The house designs in Bali are really stunning and the prices are really for the steal! I think these designs would already cost you around $300,000 in the Philippines.

Full of crap there is soooooo many options now air bnb over landed on villas there...and these prices can be knocked down big time...

Second one looks more bali, a touch of boho, garden lush but still relaxed. The light one is nice too but a bit too minimal and imagine keeping it clean

Love the design but the seating in the living space could have been extended, there is too much empty space (if both villas are rented to friends, they would have trouble hanging out in either living space)
