Interesting video but my Asus Rog strix R7 5800h came with liquid metal and not the standard paste. I was a Intel user for many years switched to AMD not cause it was cheaper they were basically the same price here in Canada, with Intel being just a few dollars more.
Any ways I love my AMD laptop works great for gaming which I mainly use it for.

One is for gaming and one is for gaming and for not gaming.

I'm looking at a Legion 5 i7-11800H RTX   vs Legion 5 pro i5-11400H RTX 3050 vs  Legion S7 5800H 3050Ti

The legion 5 is more expensive than the Legion 5 pro by 191$, and the Legion S7's price is in between them.

Can someone please advise, which is better and which would you buy?
