I wish I could afford the LP siding on my sticks and bricks home. I would also pick that color.

If loft was taller it would be great. You have one with steps where the washer/dryer goes. Love that one just missing all the closets. It with taller loft would be worth it.

I've always liked tiny homes. The only thing I don't like about them is the height of the loft. If you have to crawl on your knees or slither on your belly, then it's not useable space, it's just wasted space. I'd rather see main floor bedrooms. But I wouldn't want to give up the living room to make that happen. There has to be a better solution.

Can the walls if the incredibox homes be painted? I noticed they are always white.

Why not put washer and dryer in bathroom and in make the shelves smaller and leave LR place for closet instead of W/D. Also could move toilet where shelves are and would have room for vanity and could use shelves beside shower to put folded cloths and accessories can go in Vanity. Just my thoughts but I don't know about the plumbing
