Praying that God will give you strength for each new day. It starts new and clean and unblemished. Our first act of the day sets the tone for that day. Our thoughts are should be about how we can find our way to make that day as if it might be our last. How can we make it better for someone else. How can we use our time so that our thoughts are focused on the things we have and not on what we don’t have. The people in our lives who matter to us-have we pushed them away or pulled them to us? If we’ve pushed them away, can we make amends? Or must we give ourselves space to grow and become the kind of friend who you would want to have? It’s all about choices we make at the beginning of each new day.

I’m currently looking for a meth clinic to kick my 2 year addiction to that “BOY” Heroin..this has been my toughest fight and will be my biggest testimony and god willing I will help others get through it. I am going to be clean and sober and a helper for others trying to figure out how to get clean 💯🙏

There are ads at 5.40hrs into this which jerked me right out of a deep meditative sleep, was such a shock!.I wish creators would warn that there are ads in there content especially this type of content where the viewer will prob be meditating or asleep.It's such a shame as I loved this 😢

I am a recovering addict and I have been playing this at night while I sleep and in recovery they say that you have to get uncomfortable to get comfortable it's part of the healing process that we go through well since listening to this things are happening and I'm getting uncomfortable thanks because I needed this push
