You didn't mention verification process specifically how much you can withdraw how long it takes and if it will restrict withdraws for any reason.

I’m having login problem with uphold trying to use it in new location with different Wi-Fi, where it keeps on asking to verify with email and phone text code even after I input them correctly. After I type in email and password on my laptop, it says it sent text code to my phone so I receive that successfully and punch the code in. Then after that’s done it now tells me to check mail email to verify . So I go to email and successfully verify clicking on “yes that’s me” then it again sends me phone text code starting the two verification process over again and continued that way forever. Im at my vacation home with different WiFi etc. Does Uphold do this or even lock you out if the location /Wi-Fi changes to new unfamiliar ones?

uphold has always been a bad experience for me. for instance, I decided I wanted to transfer all the bitcoin on there to another place, and I can't do it because although I was fully verified, they have put a stop because there are some discrepancies when they wanted me to verify again. I only have less than £1000 in there and need it because I am on sick and want to clear some bills.

Stay away from this app it's very difficult to transfer your coins to your wallet and when you finally figure it out you get a message saying this some kind of hold a cooling-off period for days. If you don't want to be frustrated use a different Exchange

Hello, I just switched from AT&T cell service to T-mobile and now when I try to log in Uphold won't send me the code to be able to log in. I tried emailing them but they don't get back to me ,any idea how to be able to get that 2-fa code ?

It sounds to me like virtual robots are helping with support.
I wanted to withdraw cryto to my xrp ledger.
Needed to be verified on zendesk.
This should be a simple process.
I put in the password given to verify my phone number.
Exactly the same password given.
Entered the password more than seven times, no Joy...
Now I can't log in.
They take more than 2 days to send me a response.
I have used other exchanges
No problem.

This company is trapping and stealing my funds. They've locked my account until their "account restriction" kicks in for not submitting my W-9s which I don't have. I needed you reset my 2FA and the moment I did they sent an email out with the email stating my 2FA had been updated stating if I didnt submit papers to them my account would be locked. Their using the excuse that resetting the 2FA is a reason to lock me out of my account functionality until their 'restrictions" or theft kicks in.

All I want is to transfer my property elsewhere and their scamming me for 5K.
